Dorrit is part of Accenture Security and for the past six years she has worked extensively on a variety of security topics. Her expertise lies in guiding clients through evolving security challenges and enhancing their security maturity. With a degree in Law & Technology from Tilburg University, Dorrit also brings a blend of legal and technological expertise to her cybersecurity work. This interdisciplinary approach allows her to tackle complex security issues in a multidisciplinary and unique manner. In addition to her core competencies, Dorrit is conversational in Mandarin, a valuable asset in the context of global cybersecurity strategies and useful in her previous role managing collaborations between European high-tech corporations and China. In 2018, Dorrit was nominated for the Young Female Talent Award of ‘Stichting Topvrouw van het jaar’. Next to all this Dorrit is the co-founder of écrassée, a network for female professionals, that centers around female empowerment and helps female professionals thrive in their careers.
