What's a topic that's as critical as finding your phone charger when it’s on 1% ? The shortage of cybersecurity professionals. But here's the twist: is there really a shortage, or are we just looking for talent in all the wrong places with outdated criteria?
I'll share my personal journey of being diagnosed with autism later in life and starting a cybersecurity career without traditional diplomas. This talk is aimed at employers to educate them on neurodiversity, helping them understand why some individuals may lack formal qualifications and how to successfully integrate these talented people into their teams.
