In "Running Forward: Year 1 of Building a CTI capability for a Sportswear Brand," Jennifer Wennekers will discuss ASICS’ recently started Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) journey. She will cover the evolution of ASICS' CTI capability, including the initial ad-hoc phase and the subsequent development of a formal capability. Jennifer will address the strategic, operational, and tactical aspects of intelligence and how ASICS integrates them with their security and business capabilities, while also highlighting the challenges and opportunities encountered. Additionally, she will touch on stakeholder management, the role of technology and tools, and the process of generating internal threat reports. Finally, she will reflect on the lessons learned in the first year and outline ASICS' planned next steps in the CTI journey.
